Confession: Psalm 27
Challenges of life are inevitable and we all are faced with challenges, but our challenges are different, be it on the job, career, business, family, relationships, health education, finances, etc…These challenges, obstacles, and adversaries, actually make us grow up physically and spiritually, but we see them as giants and feel we cannot conquer them. Romans 5:3 says “Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance”.
Numbers 13:30 says “Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.”
During these trials, what seems difficult and humanly impossible for us to achieve we must remember, that with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). We must encourage ourselves in the Word of God and His promises for us (Jeremiah 29:11). We must trust in His promises because our God is faithful and His not a man that He should lie. With faith “we are more than conquerors” (Romans 8:37) and “If God be for us, who can be against us” (Romans 8:31).
Romans 8:11 says “And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you”. By the name that is greater than every other names, JESUS, “The Lord will fight for us and we shall hold our peace” (Exodus 14:14). God will make the obstacles that seem like mountains to become molehills (Zechariah 4:7). We will not only conquer but also possess what belongs to us. Whether our enemies like it or not, we shall overcome through the guidance, and direction of the Holy Spirit. We need to fix our eyes on Jesus Christ, “the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2) in order for us to overcome any obstacle in life.
No matter the challenges we face, or answers to our prayers seems slow to manifest, we must not allow it to distract us from our relationship with God. We must not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to God (Philippians 4:6). For those yet to surrender their lives to Jesus, this is not negotiable, do so now, tomorrow might be too late. DO IT NOW! Have a relationship with God; Hear God’s Word; Read His Word; Meditate on it; Memorize it; Stand on it; Pray His Word; Confess it, and may the power in God’s Word change our lives for the better, to receive our covenant promises and the heavenly promises, to the glory of God, in the name of Jesus.
PRAY THIS; in the name of Jesus, I repent of my sins, come into my heart and I will make You my Lord and Saviour. Stay connected! Stay focused! Have a blessed day. Shalom!!!
